RACCAP
RACCAP (Rappahannock Area Council for Children and Parents) is a non-profit 501c3 agency devoted to promoting positive parenting in order to prevent child abuse and neglect. RACCAP coordinates the Rappahannock Area April Blue Ribbon Coalition (ABRC) which sponsors the April Child Abuse Prevention Month awareness campaign. RACCAP also participates in the Coalition for a Community Without Violence.
