Blue Shark Antiques
Step into the doors of Blue Shark Antiques and Collectibles and you will be welcomed by a large inventory that explores a variety of memorabilia from different eras. Blue Shark Antiques and Collectibles is the largest single owner antique shop in the area. Occupying two downtown buildings built prior to the Civil War, Blue Shark Antiques, a family-owned business, has served the surrounding area for several years. Inventory is composed of items from different parts of country. Furniture selections can be found that are made of cherry, walnut, maple, and mahogany. Nineteenth century oils, etchings, and lithographs are included in the decorative arts. Primitives from Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina are popular among collectors. Small items such as glassware and silver are featured, along with civil war items from the area. Many collectibles are offered for a variety of tastes.
Mark Repass and Mary Repass, co-owners, have been serving clients in the area for many years and are pleased to offer services of finding special items for their clientele, appraisals, and buying items from a single piece to large estates. They are also pleased to not only provide information on items within the shop, but also for customers’ individual items.
