La Petite Auberge
An extensive and constantly changing menu and wine list make La Petite Auberge an ongoing attraction for its many regular dining fans. Daily specials feature seasonal seafood and produce in dishes that are tantalizingly innovative.
Recent featured salads included Masclun with Shaved Manchego Cheese, Dry Cranberries and Pine Nuts, or Vine Ripe Tomatoes Auberge with fresh Mozzarella made in house. Or, you could have chosen an appetizer of Crabmeat Imperial, or a Salmon, Shrimp and Crabmeat Pate with Wasabi Mayonnaise, or a platter of assorted Smoked Fish.
La Petite Auberge's entrees are equally inspired. Stuffed Flounder with Crabmeat is a popular favorite, as is Herb Crusted Salmon served with Wild Mushroom Risotto. Other regularly featured seafoods include grilled Mahi Mahi, Dover Sole, Boston Scrod, and Rockfish with Lump Crabmeat. Steak lovers will find Grilled Bacon Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with Roquefort and Grilled Dry Aged Certified Angus Sirloin Strip. The menu also regularly includes duck, chicken, lamb and veal dishes.
